RDF Media Plc (RDF) - The Director's Cut
December 12th, 2007OK, OK. Hands up. We all make mistakes. And we did.
But, hey, there’s no sense in burying a good film just because there’s a teensy-weensy little error in it. It's only fair that we put it right.
So here for your viewing pleasure is a second chance to see one of our favourite shows – first broadcast on December 4. Give it up for RDF Media – the Director's Cut.

The old cliché has it that as far as the stockmarket is concerned one should go away in May and come back again on St Leger Day. What? And miss out on all the fun? Reeling retailers. Broken banks. Crunching credit. There’s so much more than mere capital accumulation, yield and dividend. Not only are there bargains out there but also more than the odd laugh. Click on the portfolio to see how our writers have got on against the market.

Ha ha ha RDF of all people getting the hump about dodgy editing. Oh the irony of it.
Personally I think it is time for the Beeb to bring its program making back in house. Outsourcing was supposed to improve the quality and reduce costs; it hasn’t done either. TV production is just as bad if not worse than it was in the 70’s and 80’s the major difference being there are more management snouts in the trough with the inevitable reduction in funding for programming.
Bring back the test card. At least the background music to it kept granny happy.
