May 19th, 2008The inevitability of death and taxes is a cliché not lost on Rank, they pay double for one and most of their customers are at risk of the other.
Bingo is great fun and massively popular – but the Government likes to charge them VAT as well as the tax on profits levied on gambling firms.
When it decides not to – which is possible – we think there is instantaneous value in the shares. Bingo! You might say.
